It’s being rumored that major Canadian carriers as well as Bell, Rogers and TELUS are rolling out the abundant expected android 4.3 updated for Samsung Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S4 mini. The update for the Galaxy S4 is sized at an enormous 790 megabytes and brings Samsung Galaxy Gear and Samsung John Knox to each handsets in conjunction with all the new options that were introduced within the android 4.3 update.
